英語(yǔ)是國(guó)際課程學(xué)習(xí)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，畢竟在國(guó)際課程的日常學(xué)習(xí)和考試以及未來(lái)出國(guó)留學(xué)的生活和學(xué)習(xí)中，沒(méi)有良好的英語(yǔ)能力，想要順利完成學(xué)業(yè)難度倍增。

而以下這組數(shù)據(jù)，可以清晰地感受到在詞匯量上，體制內(nèi)外的差別。

小托福核心詞匯量2,500詞，850分以上需要4,000左右的詞匯量；

雅思7分以上、托福90分以上，需要至少6,000詞匯量，最好能到8,000；

SAT 1500分以上，則要至少1,0000詞。

體制內(nèi)九年級(jí)的同學(xué)詞匯量一般是2000，這正好是中考考綱的詞匯，但在國(guó)際高中要求達(dá)到了6000，而且之后差距還會(huì)越來(lái)越大。
